How to Raise a Complaint
Last updated: October 2026
We want every homeowner who reaches Brothersjeff Septic to get a fair and honest experience. If something went wrong, tell us. This page shows how to file a complaint and what comes next. It is a general template. It is not legal advice.
What You Can Bring to Us
You can contact us about:
- Your experience calling or contacting Brothersjeff Septic
- How your personal information was handled
- Anything on this site that looks unclear or wrong
- How a provider we connected you with behaved
If the Issue Is With a Provider
Providers in our network are independent businesses. Each one answers for its own quotes, pricing, work and customer service. If you have a problem with work on your septic system, sewer line or plumbing, start with the provider. Raise it directly and keep a written record.
Still let us know. Feedback helps keep our network honest, and providers who repeatedly fall short may be removed. One limit applies: Brothersjeff Septic cannot settle contract disputes, refund a provider's work, or make decisions for a provider.
How to File
Email contact@brothersjeff.beer and include:
- Your name and how to reach you
- The date you contacted us or the provider
- The phone number you called or the form you used, if you remember
- The provider's name, if you know it
- A clear account of what happened and what you want us to do
After You Send It
We will confirm receipt by email, usually within a few business days. We then review what happened. That may include contacting the provider. After that, we reply with what we found and any steps we are taking.
If You Are Still Unhappy
Reply and ask us to take another look. You can also reach out to your state consumer protection office or attorney general, or your local Better Business Bureau. For problems with licensed plumbing or septic contractors, your state licensing board or local health department may be able to help.
